A former elementary school facilitator, Ketki has taught at several prestigious schools in Pune and collaborated with leading educators across the city.
Her rich classroom experience revealed a crucial insight: children need more than just academic support—they need mindful guidance that nurtures both their IQ and EQ. At Kintsugi Village, Ketki champions a learning environment where children are seen as young adults, empowered to make choices, explore freely, and develop a sense of ownership over their learning journey.

Ashwini started cloud kitchen and a seafood startup, combining her operational expertise and innovative mindset to deliver high-quality, flavorful experiences.
Her journey reflects a bold transition from engineering to entrepreneurship. Now, she is venturing into the education field with Kintsugi Village, a play school that nurtures emotional intelligence and empowers young minds to make their own choices.
